Mr Tony Ong (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr Ong is currently the Chairman of Cogent Financial Group (HK) Limited, an investment company with controlling interest in property development, hotel management, media, publishing and commodities trading businesses. He is also the Chairman of Hoverwing Industrial Corp, a manufacturer of aerospace components based in China. He is the founder and largest shareholder of Provenance Capital Pte Ltd, an investment banking business in Singapore.

Mr Ong had held previous directorship with 7 public companies listed on both the Australian Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr Ong worked with the Economic Development Board of Singapore, Ministry of Trade and Industry.

He also served as an advisory panel member of the Singapore’s government feedback unit under the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports from 2005 to 2007. Mr Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Banking and Finance) from University of Canberra in 1992 and a Master of Economics Degree from Macquarie University, Australia in 1993.

In his spare time, Mr Ong is passionately engaged in Equestrian Sports and Kendo.

Mr Gerald Woon (Non-Executive Director)

Mr Woon has more than 20 years of communications experience. As a co-founder and director of Cogent Communications Pte Ltd, he has been involved in most of its consulting services for IPO launches, Investor Relations and Public Relations since its inception. He also has extensive experience in advising companies on crisis communications, and notably was involved in the corporate recovery of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd and a few other listed companies. Gerald has also worked at Provenance Capital Pte. Ltd., a boutique Corporate Finance firm, where he was involved in deal origination and fund raising.

Gerald started his career in the government sector and was formerly Head, Marketing Communications at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), looking after its corporate communication needs as well as the communication needs of its multinational and local company clients in the electronics, chemicals, biomedical sciences, precision engineering, heavy engineering and services industries. At EDB, Gerald was also sole media liaison for several ministerial overseas trips and has worked on several multi-government agency initiatives.

Gerald holds a Master of Science (Marketing) degree from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Monash University. In addition, he has also completed the Capital Markets & Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Module 4A – Rules and Regulations for Advising on Corporate Finance, and is a member of the EDB Society.

Mr Stuart Cameron (Non-Executive Director)

Stuart Cameron is currently the Principal Partner of KS Black & Co Chartered Accountants. He was formerly with  KPMG,  Nexia  and  BDO. Stuart is also  a  non -practicing  Barrister  admitted  to  the Supreme Court of NSW.

Stuart has  over 35  years  in  the  accounting  profession. In that time, he has had comprehensive experience with many public companies, in varied fields. This has included assisting capital raising, authoring both investigating accountants and independent expert reports, as well as providing compliance services including company secretarial and governance services

Mr Andrew Nai (Non-Executive Director)

Mr Andrew Nai started his career with StarHub Pte Ltd in 1999 as a design and network engineer.

In 2002 he joined GLG Corp Limited as a management trainee and became the Group Compliance Manager and Group Strategic Planning Manager before he left in 2006. GLG Corp, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), is a global apparel and textile supply chain management company with operations across 8 countries and year 2006 revenue of US$220mil. The company’s reputable clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Macy’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Footlocker, Eddie Bauer, K-Mart and Aeropostale.

Since 2006, Andrew has ventured into private investments in the energy, commodities and food industries.

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) (Honours) from RMIT University in 1998, and a Master of Telecommunications Engineering from The University of Melbourne in 2001. He is also an alumnus of INSEAD (YMP’05) and Harvard Business School (GMP14). Andrew is the Treasurer of The Asian Arts Society of Australia (Victoria Branch).

Ms Lisa Dadswell (Company Secretary)

Lisa is an experienced Chartered Company Secretary and has worked for a broad range of global organisations, both in-house and for corporate secretarial service providers, including ASX listed companies. Lisa is a qualified a Chartered Company Secretary and started her career working for a FTSE 250 multinational company. She has since worked with Boards and executive management of listed and unlisted companies across a range of industry sectors including engineering, venture capital and public infrastructure.

Lisa is an Associate of the ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and has an Honours Degree in Law.

Newexco Services Limited (Consulting Geologists)

Specialists in exploration services and project management. The company has an excellent track record in discovering nickel sulphides in the Yilgarn region of Western Australia and specialises in the management of grass roots and advanced projects (for sulphide nickel, zinc-lead, copper-zinc and gold) as well as EM techniques, GIS, continental, regional and local target generation; data compilation through to focused exploration and drill target testing. Newexco has extensive capabilities in geophysics, geology, computing and software.
